Home Sales up 18% from previous Month
Welcome to June real estate market update for homes sales in the Myrtle Beach area. Let’s take a look at real estate activity for homes in the Myrtle Beach area during the month of June. The number of active listings was down 2 percent from one year earlier and down 3 percent from the previous month. As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just under $260,000.00. Compared to last year, the average number of days that units on the market before being sold was down 5 percent. The median sale price was just over $200,000.00. The number of units sold increased 1 percent year over year and increased 18 percent month over month.
