Myrtle Beach Condos Median Sales price up 7.3% from previous month

Let’s take a look at real estate activity in Myrtle Beach during the month of June. The number of active listings was up 7 percent from one year earlier and down 2 percent from the previous month. As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just under $120,000.00. Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was up 4 percent. The median sale price was just over $100,000.00, which is a 7.3% increase from the previous month. The number of units sold decreased 18 percent year over year and decreased 30 percent month over month.

- Median sales price was at $102,000 – a 7.3% increase in sales price
- Number of units down sold down 30% from last month which had increased 18% from the month before that
