Myrtle Beach Real Estate Market Update

Jack Bileci and his wife, Kara raised their children in the small New Jersey town of Newton. For years, the Bilecis had vacationed in the Outer Banks of North Carolina, where they grew to love the coastal atmosphere.
When Jack’s daughter, a restaurant owner, moved to Columbia, South Carolina, Jack and his wife started spending more time along the South Carolina coast. His daughter, who owned a home in Myrtle Beach, shared her love of the Grand Strand with her parents, and they caught the ‘Myrtle Beach Bug”.
“Our Daughter couldn’t say enough about how beautiful Myrtle Beach was. After a couple of years, my wife and I decided to start the search for our home for retirement in the area.”
Jack and Kara browsed internet listings for a few months, and were able to narrow their search down to a few developments in Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. The couple decided they wanted a three bedroom townhouse or condo that would be close to the beach but not right on the coast. (Read More)
