If you are looking for a taste of luxury including spacious homes with custom kitchens, state of the art electronics, pools, extensive landscaping and boat houses with lifts and plenty of frontage, consider looking for homes in the $569,000 + price range.  For the buyer who is searching for a magnificent showpiece and the pinnacle of opulent living, there are outstanding real estate listings well above the $3 million dollar marker.

Condominium units that are located on the ICW are surprisingly very affordable. You can find a condo in Riverwalk for less than $90k. The Tidewater Golf Club Resort features a health club, tennis courts, swimming pool with hot tub, golf course and clubhouse.  There is also the Yacht Club Villas that are part of the Barefoot Resort & Golf planned community. Lauderdale Bay is an upscale gated condo development with lovely water views.
