Living the Dreamlife: Manny and Claire Viera - Myrtle Beach Real Estate For Sale Home and Condos
Manny Viera and his wife, Claire, purchased a one bedroom ocean view condo seven years ago, knowing that it would be the perfect place to get away from it all. For Manny, an avid golfer, Myrtle Beach, with it’s beautiful shoreline, great entertainment and dining options as well as all of the championship golf courses, just seemed to be a perfect fit.
“I had visited a couple of times with friends to play golf,” Manny says, “and I really fell in love with everything about it..the people are friendly, and it’s just the perfect place to get away from it all.”
Manny and his wife live in Bridgeport, Connecticut, and have a grown son and two young grandchildren. Retirement is still a few years off, but their eyes are already on the future.
“We are looking for a bigger home down there so that in a few years we’ll have room to have everyone there. We are really looking forward to spending time with our grandkids on the beach and just enjoying them as they grow up.”
Manny worked with Drealmife Consultant, Deborah Rhyne, and found the process of buying a second home smooth and virtually worry free.
“Deborah was really great. She listened to what we wanted and helped us find the right condo for our needs.”
Living the dreamlife for Manny is a concept that is as rooted as much in the future as it is the present.
“I really love that I can decide on a whim that I need to get away from everything. In a day I can be at our condo. Looking to the future, I’m excited for retirement in a climate where I can enjoy four seasons and no snow. Knowing that I’ve got this great place to go with little to no snow is definitely a big part of my dreamlife!”
At the end of the day, building a dreamlife and a legacy for the future is a huge part of what we try to make attainable to our clients. Having a place to unwind and make memories with family is one of the most important things in life…and for Manny, that’s what he’s most looking forward to.
“I think everyone craves that relaxation…a beautiful atmosphere that just gives you that sense of peace. I love that I have this place to come to. I’m excited for what the future will bring.”
