Sean grew up right outside of New York City in Perth Amboy, NJ. In 1990, he packed his bags for college and headed to Coastal Carolina University just outside of Myrtle Beach. Sean immediately knew this was exactly where he wanted to be and 26 years later he is still here. “Where else can you live that offers the beach inside of a city that has everything. We have impeccable weather and the nicest people you ever met. I can watch extraordinary sunsets and smell the ocean breezes all year.
