Sean grew up right outside of New York City in Perth Amboy, NJ. In 1990, he packed his bags for college and headed to Coastal Carolina University just outside of Myrtle Beach. Sean immediately knew this was exactly where he wanted to be and 26 years later he is still here. “Where else can you live that offers the beach inside of a city that has everything. We have impeccable weather and the nicest people you ever met. I can watch extraordinary sunsets and smell the ocean breezes all year. I can do fine dining or have an ice cold beer while eating oysters after a round of golf. We have fantastic schools, a solid infrastructure, a growing economy and landscape second to none. We truly are lucky here and for the most part, you can do it all while driving in the comfort of your own golf cart”
For the last two decades, Sean has lived and worked in Myrtle Beach and watched it grow from the summer resort that it once was to the bustling year round city it is now. Sean has been part of that growth in many different facets and you will be hard pressed to find another agent with as much local information and experience on the Grand Strand. Sean has amassed a wealth of insight into the way the market moves, grows, and slows. It is a benefit of working with Sean that you cannot put a price tag on when making your decision to relocate to Myrtle Beach. Sean prides himself on finding you exactly what you are looking for in the perfect location and will not sacrifice honesty or ethics to close a deal. You can be sure that Sean only has your best intentions in mind when he goes to work for you as your Myrtle Beach Real Estate Professional.
When Sean isn’t trying to find you the perfect vacation home or relocation home, you will probably find him playing a round of golf, checking out the local culinary scene, at the beach, or with his family and 3 rescue dogs. And on Sundays in the fall, he will most definitely be watching his beloved New Orleans Saints.
