The cruises depart from Barefoot Landing and offer passage for 130 guests. Groups are welcome and private charters are also available.
While on board guests will be able to experience the natural beauty of the Intracoastal Waterway, as well as great views of the gorgeous homes, golf courses and restaurants that sit along the water.
Information
The Barefoot Princess is a 64 foot long Riverboat. It is U.S. Coast Guard inspected and can accomadate 130 passengers. Boarding and disembarking take place through the front door of the bottom level. This level is used for dining and also is equipped with restrooms. The second level contains a snack bar, restroom, dance floor and a wonderful observation deck. The top level is all open air.
Tickets
Advance purchase of tickets is required for all dinner cruises. Sightseeing and sunset cruises are also available, and while not required, advance ticket purchase is highly recommended. Tickets can be purchased online with a major credit card or by calling (843) 272-2140.
Smoking
No smoking is permitted on board the Barefoot Princess. This includes electronic cigarettes.
Pets
Only trained service animals are permitted on board.
Food and Drinks
Meal cruises include the food and drinks listed for that cruise. During non-meal cruises the snack bar will be open and light snacks will be available. There is also a cash bar for passengers over 21 years of age.
Entertainment
All cruises include some form of entertainment. Sighsteesing cruises provide a guided tour with narration. Dinner cruises include music while dining. The dance floor is always open and guests are encouraged to utilize it!
Dress Code
The Barefoot Princess is primarily a casual atmosphere. Bathing suits should be covered and all guests should wear shirts and shoes. Holiday cruises may require more formal attire, but high heels are never recommended.
Children
Children are always welcome on board! Children under twelve years of age receive free passage with a paying adult on sightseeing cruises. Children are always eligible for reduced tickets prices regardless of cruise category. Children under age 2 are free, but may be required to have a boarding ticket for Coast Guard regulations.
Disabled Passengers
Passengers with wheelchairs or power chairs will receive assistance, if necessary. A ramp is used when boarding.
Refunds
No refunds are available, however if a cruise must be cancelled due to severe weather, (the boat will cruise during rain, as two of the decks are fully climate controlled), passengers will be allowed to reschedule their cruise for another time.
