Nathan grew up in a small town just south of Rock Hill, South Carolina. Growing up, he exceled in the classroom while also committing himself to baseball. Nathan’s strongest subject in school was math, which attributes to his strong analytical skills in business. He graduated high school third in his class and moved to Clemson to study engineering. After his freshman year, Nathan decided that he wanted to seek a different career path. The following year he moved to Conway, SC to attend Coastal Carolina University where he pursued a marketing degree. It was here that Nathan’s love for real estate began.
Nathan has a strong passion for what he does. His expertise allows him to facilitate transactions so that the process is smooth and stress free for his clients. His analytical personality helps him leave his clients satisfied knowing that the proper research has been done on their purchase.
