1) The Videos Won’t Play
Make sure you are using a good internet connection and have the latest version of your browser and Adobe Flash plugins installed. We strongly recommend you use Google Chrome or Firefox instead of Internet Explorer when browsing the site. If you have another computer available at the same location, please try on that computer as well. If the problem persists on both computers or you can’t resolve it after updating your browser and Flash, then please contact us.
2) I can’t download the files.
Make sure that you right click on your mouse and choose “Save link as”. Clicking on the link directly may not always download the attached file and in some cases may try to open the file in your browser instead.
